Breakfast and snacks

Ingredients

100g frozen acai puree @acaiamsterdam
100g frozen banana
2 handfuls fresh spinach/kale
50g frozen zucchini
1 tsp spirulina
1 tsp supergreens food powder
1/2 avocado
100g berries 50ml
coconut water
1 tsp wheatgrass powder

Toppings: granola, peanut butter and fresh fruit!

Kitchen Utensils Required

Prepare

First, mix the fresh greens with avocado, berries, coconut water, and the powders.
Then add the frozen banana, zucchini, and acai and mix again. Pour into your coconut bowl.
Top with granola, peanut butter, and fresh fruit! 

Tip: Run some hot water over the Acai packaging (this will release the packaging).
