Ingredients you need:

For the Bowl:

  • 1 pack (100g) Acai Amsterdam pure pulp (sugar-free) – the basis for your perfect bowl!
  • 1 ripe banana (frozen for an extra cold, thick texture is recommended!)
  • 150-200 ml plant-based milk (almond, oat, or coconut milk) or dairy milk
  • A handful (approx. 75g) of frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries or a mix)
  • 1 heaping tablespoon of natural peanut butter (or almond/cashew butter for variation)
  • Optional: 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (vanilla or unflavored works well!)

Delicious Toppings (be creative!):

  • Crunchy granola
  • A pinch of raw cacao powder or cacao nibs
  • Fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • Coconut flakes
  • Chia seeds or hemp seeds
  • A drizzle of honey, agave syrup, or maple syrup
  • Pieces of dark chocolate or cocoa chips

Preparation: Your Powerbowl in just a few steps!

  1. Prepare the Açaí: Remove your package of pure Acai Amsterdam pulp from the freezer. Hold it briefly under warm, running water (about 10-15 seconds). This softens the pulp just enough on the outside so you can easily break it into pieces and remove it from the package.

  2. Blend! Add the banana (whole or chopped), milk, frozen berries, peanut butter, and optionally, the protein powder to your blender. Start blending.

  3. Add the açaí pulp: Once the ingredients are mixed, add the chopped açaí pulp. Mix again!

  4. The perfect consistency: Blend until smooth and creamy. If it's too thick, gradually add more milk until you reach your desired consistency. Think of a thick, soft-serve-like consistency—firm enough to hold toppings, but still deliciously creamy.

  5. Serve and enjoy! Spoon the beautiful purple mixture into a nice bowl. Now it's time for the fun part: adding your favorite toppings! Sprinkle the granola, cocoa powder, fresh berries, and whatever else you like over the bowl.
