Watermelon, Acai & Yogurt bowl

This refreshing watermelon, acai and yogurt bowl is a great start to a summer day. The deliciously sweet watermelon makes this bowl a summer surprise.

Breakfast and snacks

Ingredients

2 packs of 100g Acai pulp
1/4 glass coconut water
1 banana
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 glass of watermelon cut into pieces
Optional: 1/4 glass soy coconut yogurt
toppings:
muesli or roasted buckwheat
fresh strawberries
fresh kiwi
fresh banana
honey pollen

Necessary kitchen utensils
Blender

Prepare

Break your frozen fruit pulp in half and break them into pieces in a blender.

Add all other ingredients.

Mix everything together until thick, pour the mixture into a bowl, top with your favorites and enjoy!

Good toppings are : kiwi, coconut flakes, mint and chia seeds.
