Delivery Information - Acai Amsterdam
Welcome to the Acai Amsterdam delivery information page! We strive to deliver our delicious acai bowls and other healthy treats to your home as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you will find all the important information about our delivery service.
Delivery Costs
**FREE DELIVERY** for all orders in the following areas!
We deliver in Amsterdam and the surrounding area, including:
- Amsterdam
- Amstelveen
- Ouderkerk aan de Amstel
- Abcoude
- Loenen aan de Vecht
- Weesp
- Landsmeer
- Tuindorp Oostzaan
- Sloten
Outside Amsterdam and the surrounding area, the delivery cost is €14.95.
Orders with a purchase amount above €169 are delivered free of charge.
Delivery Confirmation
Amsterdam and surrounding areas:
On the day of your delivery, we will send you a text message in the morning with the confirmation and the expected delivery time.
Outside Amsterdam and surrounding areas:
Our courier will send you an email around 10:00 AM on the day of delivery with a delivery time slot.
Important Notice
We expect you to be home on the agreed day and time for the delivery. Since the delivery may contain frozen goods, we cannot leave them with you without someone present.
If you are not present, we will be forced to charge you additional delivery costs for the second delivery.
Amsterdam and surrounding areas: €5.95
Outside Amsterdam and surrounding areas: €17.95
Pick-up
You can also always choose to collect your order from us in Amsterdam or Gouda, free of charge.
Pickup is available Monday through Friday from 16:00 to 20:00, but by appointment only.
After ordering, you will receive more information about the pickup address and how to schedule an appointment.
Minimum order value
The minimum order value for delivery within our service areas is €28.

We accept the following payment methods for deliveries:

Sustainable packaging
All our deliveries are delivered in 100% biodegradable and recyclable packaging. Help us protect the environment by recycling it correctly.
