Ingredients

100g sugar-free Acai drops from Acai Amsterdam

1 frozen banana (cut it into pieces before freezing to make it easier for you).

Add 30ml to 50ml amount of liquid (we recommend apple juice, coconut water, almond milk or water)

Necessary kitchen utensils

Blender

Prepare

1. For 100g Acai use 1 frozen banana (cut it into pieces before freezing to make it easier for you).

2. The acai drops make it easier to mix your acai puree

3. Place the acai in the blender and add the frozen banana pieces and a small amount of liquid (we recommend apple juice, coconut water, almond milk or water). About 30 ml just for blending. This way the mixture stays creamy.

4. Blend it on a high speed, open the lid on the blender, look at the mix. Does your blend look smooth and creamy? Are all the chunky acai and fruit chunks gone? If so, you can pour the mix into a bowl and top it with your desired toppings (banana, granola , coconut flakes, etc.) If the mixture still has too much of a thick texture, blend it for another 5 to 10 seconds.
