1. Cut half a banana into slices.
2. Coarsely chop the remaining 1 1/2 bananas.
3. Place the chopped banana in a blender.
4. Add the Pitaya puree, coconut yogurt, almond milk and 3/4 cup (95 g) of the granola.
5. Mix everything until smooth.
6. Divide the smoothie mixture evenly between 2 serving bowls.
