Papaya and Orange Smoothie Detox

Papaya: a nutritious fruit that helps to stimulate and strengthen the body. It also has mineral salts and an enzyme that helps in the digestion and absorption of nutrients by the body. Orange: in addition to the famous vitamin C, it also provides folic acid, calcium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus and iron. Chia: contains high nutritional value, omega-3, fiber, vitamins, minerals. Strawberry: helps to fight skin aging, prevent cardiovascular diseases and fight inflammation.

Ingredients

And a 100g package of frozen papaya puree
1/2 orange without skin
3 strawberries (optional)
100 ml cold water
1 tbsp chia

Prepare

1. Place the frozen papaya puree in a blender
2. add orange and strawberries if necessary
3. Add water and beat on high speed for a few minutes
Papaya juice with orange detox
4. Add the chia and beat until all the fruit is well crushed.
5. Serve now only!! Yield up to 2 cups of 250 ml
6. If desired, pass the juice through a sieve. But remember that half of the nutrients will disappear and your juice will not be a detox juice!
7. Drink the juice by itself, without any other accompaniment.
