Breakfast and snacks

Ingredients

This is a basic recipe we made for our acai bowl and it was delicious, we also used other fruit purees available in our store, such as mango puree.

200g frozen Acai pulp puree
50 – 70ml coconut water and coconut milk
1/2 banana
100gmango puree
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
Handful of green vegetables (such as kale or spinach)
Sprigs of fresh mint
1 teaspoon Maca powder

 

Necessary kitchen utensils

Prepare

1. Put everything in the blender.

2. Add all other ingredients, starting with 1/8 of the liquid. Mix everything until thick.

3. Pour the mixture into a bowl, top and enjoy!
