How to make a bowl
- Weigh out the drops you need.
- Blend with your choice of fruit and a little water, juice or plant-based drink. Follow your blender instructions for frozen ingredients.
- Add more liquid for a smoothie, or keep it thick for a bowl. Finish with your favourite toppings.
