Creamy Acai Overnight Oats

Acai is one of the most powerful berries in the world because it contains so many antioxidants! We love this berry so much 🤩 and still want to eat it despite the colder weather. So instead of frozen smoothies, make a perfect delicious OVERNIGHT OATS. It only takes 10 minutes to make and the next day (or in 2 hours) you have such a delicious antioxidant rich meal! ✨ Recipe by @jengoesnuts

Ingredients

🌱Ingredients:
100 g frozen acai pulp
50 g oatmeal
1 tbsp chia seeds
100 ml pea milk
1 banana
15 g hazelnut butter
strawberries
cocoa nibs

Toppings: nut butter, banana, cacao nibs & fresh strawberries! Enjoy!

Prepare

👩🏻‍🍳Method:
Defrost the açai pulp, you can place it in warm water or let it stand for 5 minutes.
Open the açai and add it to your blender together with 2/3 of the banana and the pea or plant milk. Blend until you get a smoothie.
Place the oats and chia seeds in a bowl, pour in the acai smoothie and let it set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
