HEALTHY Protein Black Currant Acai Bowl (with hidden veggies)

Prepare

1. For 100g Acai drops use 1/2 frozen banana (cut it into pieces before freezing to make it easier for you).

2. Place the acai in the blender and add the frozen banana pieces, whey, cinnamon, cinnamon and a small amount of liquid (we recommend apple juice, coconut water, almond milk or water). About 30 ml just for blending. This way the mixture stays creamy.

4. Blend at high speed, open the lid of the blender, look at the mixture. Does your blend look smooth and creamy? Are all the chunky acai and fruit chunks gone? If so, you can pour the mixture into a bowl and top it with your desired toppings (banana, granola, coconut flakes, etc.) If the mixture is still too thick, blend for another 5-10 seconds.
