Pitaya doesn’t have much flavor (but it does have a lot of color), which allows the other ingredients like subtly sweet almond milk, tangy kombucha, and sharp pineapple to shine. You can’t go wrong with tropical fruit toppers.

Ingredients

1 pack of frozen pitaya (100g) @acaiamsterdam

1 frozen banana

frozen zucchini

frozen beetroot

30ml almond milk

1 tablespoon chia seeds (keeps things flowing 💁🏻‍♀️)

1-2 scoops collagen @vitalproteins

Optional: ½ avocado/nut butter/protein powder

 

Toppings:

cashew butter (full of healthy fats & minerals)

granola (crunch & carbs)

berries (antioxidants)

coconut flakes (because it's pretty 🥳)
