Passion Fruit Chia Pudding with Pumpkin Coconut Cream

Combine the passion fruit pulp, pumpkin spice and chia seeds in a jar.
Feel free to melt the passion fruit already, but since the chia seeds need to be there to absorb the liquid, you can also break it up like I did and let it melt itself. Put this in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
Mix the coconut yogurt with pumpkin puree (optionally add maple syrup/vanilla for more sweetness).
Add the pumpkin coconut cream to the chia pudding. Top with dried mulberries, banana, soy crisps!
