  • 100g pumpkin puree (canned, or homemade and cooled)
  • 100 ml unsweetened coconut yogurt (for the creamiest flavor, choose a thicker version)
  • ½ - 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice (to taste, a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves)
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon maple syrup or vanilla extract for extra sweetness

Necessary Kitchen Utensils

  • A jar or bowl (e.g. a preserving jar) for the chia pudding
  • A small bowl or blender for the pumpkin-coconut cream
  • Spoon or whisk
